Appointments can be booked online through our website, or by calling our reception team during business hours. Standard, long, telehealth and same-day appointments are available depending on your needs.
We are a private billing practice. Medicare rebates are available for eligible services, and can be processed on-site at the time of payment. Some services, such as care plans and health assessments, may be bulk billed depending on eligibility.
In many cases, repeat prescriptions and referrals can be arranged through a telehealth appointment if you have seen your GP in person in the last 12 months. New conditions generally require a consultation to ensure safe and appropriate care.
Yes, we provide routine and catch-up immunisations, flu and travel vaccinations, occupational vaccines, and age based health assessments including heart checks, 45–49 and over-75 health checks, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health assessments.
Please bring your Medicare card, any current medications, previous medical records (if available), and identification. If you are transferring from another clinic, we can help request your records.
Your doctor will advise whether results require follow-up. In many cases, a follow-up appointment or telehealth consultation will be scheduled to discuss your results and next steps.
We offer same day appointments for urgent medical concerns when available. For after hours care, please contact the after hours GP service or attend your closest emergency department if needed
